This is quite a good everyday carry keyboard since its small and not that heavy. Also ordered a pouch for it and thats padded making it quite protective.
The mounting method has been improved vastly since previous version, but it's still not the best.
Now there's an option to either mount the PCB to the case and have the switches securing the plate, or screwing both plate and PCB to the case.
I went for the first option to minimize that the plate vibrations gets transported to the case.
If it really was an improvement over the plate+pcb mounting option I couldn't really tell actually since the sound from the undampened case was so nasty.
The PCB is nice and hotswap sockets are nice if you intend to try out different switches or can't make up your mind which ones to use. Non-hotswappable is prefered in every other aspect I recon due to rigidity and longevity (How long until the hotswap sockets starts to get loose?). Decided to buy the extension kit as well just to get hands on the rotary encoder, and that thing is fun. When turned it acts just as the wheel on a mouse, and on click its the escape key.
The switches are Gateron Yellow, milky bot and Cherry black top. Lubed with GPL104. Tried both a mix of SA Amazing Chocolatier mods with SA Carbon alphas, and a mix of GMK Carbon and GMK SkIIdata. The latter is the current setup.
